NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!This plumbing contractor has no idea what they are doing! The owner of the company cannot even follow simple instructions and installed the wrong size waterline to my brand new house. After it was backfilled my wife and I were the ones who had to fix it, not to mention part of their job was installing the drain tile around the perimeter of the home-the employees who showed up to work on the house refused to do the work because it was too hard. Again my wife and I installed that too. Another thing that bothered me was I paid them for an hour lunch, immediately after that the journeyman left for two hours maybe more to get parts. The funny thing is he came back with no parts! Very overpriced, The apprentice did the whole job himself unsupervised, his boss told me this is a loud for him to be unsupervised. I think this contractor needs to retake his masters and or contractors exam to find out the real rules of a job site. Lastly the employees showed up in shorts looking more like they were going to the beach then to work in any type of construction situation. In the end I had to rent my own equipment do my own plumbing and finish the job myself. I gave him one star because there was no option to give him zero stars. Beware do not hire Lane plumbing from Garden City Michigan.

It went great and the price wasn't that bad. I had done some other pricing and they were actually a little bit cheaper. My experience with them was very good. They cleaned up good and were very friendly.

Factory Service Specialists damaged a water supply line when they repaired my dishwasher several months ago.  As the leak was getting worse I called them to come fix the leak not knowing where it was leaking.  The repairman got here and determined that it was coming from the fitting at the dishwasher but he had no parts to repair.  He said "Call a plumber".
I called Lane Plumbing as I have used them before.  Bob Lane sent Eddie right over and he and his asst did a great job of fixing the problem.  I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Lane sent a plumber out the very same day I called. They said to expect him between 1-4 PM and he arrived at 2:30 PM. It took approximately 1 hour to complete the work and I was very satisfied with the look and operation of the new faucet. The plumber also took time to clean around the sink basin where the old faucet had left mineral deposits and soap scum.

Work started on time and was completed in under six hours. Plumbers had all equipment and supplies needed to complete the work on their step van. Also corrected a code violation on hot water gas line at no additional cost. These guys did great work and were only 35% of the other bidder. The other bidder bid over $7,000 and wanted to charge for everything. Lane Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. The work was done just three days after the initial quote and no extras or surprises.

They did not just change the boiler valve. They made sure that hoses I had installed the day before did not leak by telling me to find some hose washers from the garage. They didn't have to do this. And because of this I am a very pleased customer.

THIS IS A VERY GREAT COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO, THEY WERE ALSO VERY PLEASANT.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME.
