It went extremely well. I was in a panic because another plumber (who will remain nameless) bailed on me. I went to Angi’s list midnight on July 4, feeling not optimistic. I picked the first referral in the list and it was Faithful Plumbing. The owner text me almost immediately. He was very patient and asked me questions to clarify my issue. He also guided me as to how to turn off the water. He made a commitment for an arrival time on the holiday and met that commitment! Unbelievable! He came in with his support team, quickly isolated the root cause, and gave me estimates for repairs. They were done in less than an hour. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them again. I have shared their information with friends and family as well.

Truly a blessing! They made time in their schedule to come get my stove, gas dryer, and my washer hooked up. What they thought was going to be a quick job turned into more than either of us expected. They were amazing about the situation and didn't charge me anywhere NEAR what another company would have. They were professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about the situation. I am so grateful for everything that they did! ( even if it means I have to do the laundry now lol) I would highly recommend them!
