"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"I have used them before an all together have spent over $3000.00 cash with them, but this time I was not pleased at the way in replacing the front door jamb and casing , the plaster on the side of the door was knock out, an I was left with lath showing in quite a large area. When I contacted them they said they couldn't be responsible for that! I told if I lived in a richer area I bet they would have? After about 2 wks. I received a pitiful insulting check for $25.00, of which I promptly took to their office with and quot;insulting and quot; wrote on it. I being a community activist, try to use Detroit based businesses. this time it didn't work! "
