On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. "Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

I like to think of my self as the best problem solver around. I'm sure there's a million ways to get the job done. But I only want to make sure its done right, The first time. I've been doing maintainece repairs for about 2 and half years now. I started off on my own path a couple of weeks ago and I've been off to what seems like a great start.
