Rod has been great. We had an old deck and rotted railroad tie retaining wall. I knew I wanted a patio but no idea where to start. Rod gave me options and discussed the pros and cons and different materials. He worked with me to match the color of the stamped concrete to our sun room. The entire space is more open and we couldnâ t be happier. We needed stairs and new siding (I call it my â if you give a mouse a cookie projectâ ) and Rod recommend his business partner (Nandy Garcia - Desired) and the whole project turned out great. Rod, Nandy and their teams are hard workers and they want you to be happy with the final product. They were exceptional about making sure I was happy with the little details. I would recommend both and will call them for future needs.
