"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"It took forever. Began first week in October and finished yesterday, 11/6. To be fair, the painting was done in stages because of weather. However, they were unreliable and did not show up when promised."

Installation crew was hard working, technically proficient and personable. Recommended Denison to many neighbors with similar hail damaged roofs. "Had to pester them to schedule a date, they didn't call ahead, I came home one day to see it had been done. Left no note or follow up. Noticed water spilling over gutters where it shouldn't in the winter. Finally got up there to inspect early June 2017 after noticing significant over-spill. 10+ missing/broken fasteners on my small ranch home. They fastened the downspouts to my house, but doubt they did any work in the actual eaves. Would not recommend unless I was there to supervise and the price was lower."

"Rob removed a (large) gas fireplace (including piping and fake chimney structure) in our living room and put in a sliding glass door. He also built a 16X16 deck off the door. He is dependable and did an excellent job. The door and deck look like they were always there. Rob has done work for us before and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work."
