"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. "Champion did a good job on the sales and installation side of things. Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall."
