"We have been having intermittent issues with our garage door opener not closing when it gets very cold and the door has been open for a little while over the last couple of years.  Multiple attempts to troubleshoot the issue and even work with the manufacturer were unsuccessful.  We finally decided it was time to replace the opener before the winter set in this year.  We purchased the Town & County Door Offer through Angie's List for a LiftMaster Model #8550 opener installed for $449.  Town & Country Door was very responsive and we were able to agree on an installation date within one week of purchasing the deal.  On the scheduled date, Frank arrived before the scheduled appointment (after calling ahead and making sure it was ok to start early - we were more than happy to start early).  Frank was very professional and friendly.  Within an hour and a half, Frank had the old opener uninstalled and the new LiftMaster 8550W installed and configured.  This new opener is great!  It is incredibly quiet (it replaced an old Genie screw drive opener which could be heard throughout pretty much the whole house).  It also has some great features, including:  Battery Backup, MyQ WiFi (ability to control via smart phone and receive alerts of the garage door open/close activity), motion activated light in the garage, wireless keypad outside the garage, includes 2 visor remotes, and the opener is whisper quiet.  Did I mention it is quiet?!?  Frank took the time to go over all the features with me and help me set the access code for the wireless keypad.  This is a great opener installed by an excellent company.  If you are in the market for a new garage door opener, I would highly recommend Town & Country Door and this deal!  Town & Country Door is a very good company to work with and they provide high quality, professional service. "

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
