"Installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and started work. First measured all windows to make sure that they had the correct windows to match my house. they then took out the old windows an installed the new windows. They continued to work throughout the day taking out a window and replacing the new window. then cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. they did a good job and explained what they were doing as they did it. The two guys completed the job in day."

"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

"We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan.There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"

"I was in need of repair/replacement of exterior wood trim and wooden window sill boards that had severe rot around several of my windows. Several companies came out to my house and said that they did not do that type of work because it was a custom piece or they said it could not be done without replacing the entire window. Gary came out and he explained that he had experience with this particular repair. Gary was very knowledgeable about my particular window unit and what caused the wooden rot in the first place. Gary put in the extra effort and found a synthetic material for the window sill board and fabricated it to match exactly. The wooden trim was also replaced and matched perfectly. Gary caulked and smoothed the gaps in the seems on the wooden areas around my windows so that water cannot trickle in and do any other damage. The entire area was then painted and the color matched exactly with my other windows. I have to specifically show people which windows were actually repaired and they are amazed that they cannot even notice the repair work. Gary went above and beyond with this project and I am extremely impressed with the result. And this is coming from a guy who is very difficult to impress. I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects."
