Last summer, we started with a plan to simply paint the exterior. But the project slowly unfolded into something much larger. Bronson is not just a general contractor - he became a close and trusted partner throughout the entire project. He is full of creative and thoughtful ideas that enhanced the project at every step. He provided us with constant and detailed communication. His team worked with us to make sure that every detail was right. Here are a couple of examples where Bronson was able to improve the design or save cost: ** We did not want to expand the footprint of the house and add that cost, but we could not figure out how to layout everything we wanted. Bronson cleverly reused an old set of concrete stairs as the foundation for a washer/dryer stack. It was a great solution that worked out fantastic. ** We had wanted to add a half bath for years, but Bronson figured out a way to add a FULL bath. In addition, the new bathroom was connected (jack and jill style) to the main bedroom to create a master suite. It only cost one additional door, but it is now WAY beyond what we imagined. ** We originally wanted to build a deck on the front of the house, but Bronson helped to create a design for a covered porch with vaulted ceilings and a clever lower surround that blended with the lake environment. ** We found a number of structural issues with the old house during demolition. Bronson developed very clever and cost-effective ways to resolve floor, wall and joist issues. ** During each phase of the construction, Bronson developed thoughtful and clever touches. The lofted garage included an old second floor door for ventilation, and Bronson designed a design the new door that retained some of the prior feeling with a new and fresh update. ** We wanted to retain some of the historical feel to the interior, and Bronson cleverly retained some of the original paneling without feeling overwhelming. He framed the wall to make it a focal point without looking old. It is one of my favorite parts of the house. The lake cottage has been in our extended family for almost 50 years. It has been a great retreat for us, but it is now a proper home with personality and functionality to match. This project has literally transformed the house. When I had a new furnace and central air system installed they advised me on what was best for my home the size of the space being heated and or cooled. Not what they could sell me that was larger than I needed. This company is reputable and honest. Call them the next time you need any and all HVAC service. You won't be disappointed."

"Communication with this company is like pulling teeth. Our installation team was friendly and had exceptional HVAC knowledge. However, i do not feel like we got quality work for the price tag. After our initial installation, the furnace was left functional but incomplete with no follow up appointment arranged. I had to call multiple times a day( as well as my wife) to get a follow up appointment and get the work finished...ish. When i did FINALLY get a hold of someone via email or telephone, there was always some sort of excuse. After 3 times out to our home, the furnace is in and the issues are fixed...for the most part(not including the hole in my linoleum and a soaked garage). Do yourself a favor and find somebody else."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I had a roof leak around our chimney which was attempted to be resolved by several roofing companies with no resolution. Exterior Arts, LLC provided a quote, selected a date for the repair, and promptly finished it. The water leak is gone. Exterior Arts, LLC has done two other jobs for us in the past, rebuilt our deck and installed new composite siding on a bay window that we have. They did an excellent job on these projects as well."
