I had a roof leak around our chimney which was attempted to be resolved by several roofing companies with no resolution. Exterior Arts, LLC provided a quote, selected a date for the repair, and promptly finished it. The water leak is gone. Exterior Arts, LLC has done two other jobs for us in the past, rebuilt our deck and installed new composite siding on a bay window that we have. They did an excellent job on these projects as well.

Tom's crew were always friendly and professional. The work was excellent and they completed in a timely manner. This was our second project with Exterior Arts and I will call on them again if the occasion ever arises.

We would highly recommend Tom and his team as they where outstanding from start to finish total communication at all time, laid out the design on a 3-D scale do you know exactly what your looking at with all materials listed by color etc, We will be having Tom and his team back again for a 2nd project, The front steps has know became a talking point to all the guest that visit my Mom and family, Great work is hard to find these day’s you can not go wrong with Tom and Exterior Art’s

Tom's crew did an outstanding job on the sunroof/studio addition 2 years ago. His pricing was very reasonable compared to both other local as well as national firms. But the quality of their work was topnotch. I actually recently had a minor issue with a piece of vinyl siding and Tom had it corrected in short order. You cannot go wrong using Exterior Arts for room additions.

Beautifully! Friendly, knowledgeable team. Everything looks great and operates as expected! You would not know any work was done, even though 3-14 inch holes were cut in the roof and ceiling. It has been a pleasure working with Tom, Dawn and Jeff. We have already shown several of our neighbors the quality of the work, and we expect Exterior Arts to be VERY busy installing Sun Tunnels in our neighborhood! JWD!

Exterior Arts service was very professional. The windows were special order from Anderson and because of the pandemic the fulfillment was delayed, Tom continually kept us updated on the status. When they arrived Exterior Arts installed them promptly and expertly. My house id over 150 years old so that is not an easy feat.

The process was very good. The team were quick and efficient in the work to reroof my home. They also did a very nice job with clean up as the removal of the old roof can be very messy. I also had an issue with a leak that was quickly identified as not the roof and repaired. Great team! Excellent job!

Tom patiently guided our roof choice with materials/shingles and color, and he recommends quality materials with explanation and understands cost containment. The roof crew were professional, and the finished product is quality and looks great.

It went extremely well. It was a large project so there was some major disruption at the house but they were always professional and hard working. They were a joy to work with. They minimized the disruption very well and keep the area clean. Didn't have many change orders but when we did want to change something they readily made the changes. I would hire them again. They were awesome and very reasonable.

They were excellent. The prices was very reasonable. He was fast and the work was good. Never had a problem at all.

Tom and his crew completed a job that many other contractors could not or would not do. I had a chimney that was leaking and needed repair. The Exterior Arts crew removed the stone on the entire chase, replaced the eroding OSB shell underneath and some framing, and covered the chase with siding that I selected. Their price was reasonable, work was of high quality, and they were punctual and completed the job in timely fashion. I highly recommend Tom and his team. They will not disappoint.

We had a great experience with Exterior Arts. They replaced 5 25 year old skylight with energy efficient, solar powered Velux skylights. The work was completed professionally and with high quality. Highly recommend Tom and Exterior Arts!

The crew were professional, respectful and clean. They worked nonstop until everything was in place and cleaned after themselves. My kitchen looks new, my dark staircase to the basement is lit...even at night. The results are dramatic! The price was fair and comparable to what I expected. I plan on using them for other projects.

Exterior Arts owner made good suggestions to our plan to improve the functionality and save us money. The workmanship was excellent. We asked for additional wraparound steps after the deck was finished and Tom did that in a timely manner. The company owner and workers were professional; honest and straight-forward; finished on time; cleaned up well; good communication before, during, and after project. We highly recommend them and we hired Exterior Arts for another project!

They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up everyday and left no mess to be seen. Tom was very easy to work with and also flexible in design. He was very knowledgeable but still worked with us on our desires and design. We asked him to do a glass railing, which he was very willing to try something different and it turned out wonderful. The work was done professionally and within the time I was told. The clean up afterwards was taken care of. I would refer them to family and friends anytime. Response time has been exceptional!

Overall, we enjoyed working with Tom at Exterior Arts. Tom met with us on March 13, within a week of us calling him to request a quote. He was the first of several contractors whom we contacted to respond to our request and meet. Two days later, we received details of the quote with price of materials (less what we agreed we would provide) and labor in an email. I appreciated the details over email; it was easy to keep track of everything we discussed! Plus, he could complete the project before our deadline of early May. We met again to finalize some details on April 12, and he began work the next morning. An A for responsiveness. We appreciated that Tom was willing to ask us questions as he went if there were problems or ambiguities about our design preferences. The few concerns we raised were resolved, and Tom had the work completed on his third trip over, April 25. This was well within our deadline! We give an A for punctuality and professionalism. The invoice came in at the same price as our original contract - quite competitive with the other contractors we contacted - which was great to see. So regarding price, Tom gets another A. We like much of the quality of the work done: the rope we provided Tom to put into the railing was made taut, is level and evenly spaced, and looks securely fastened. His job on the paneling for our privacy fencing is nice, and the skirting and fascia look good! The two minor things I can think of that we would have done different or changed was the back stair extending a little farther than what looks aesthetically pleasing and that the privacy fencing seems a bit slanted and easily wobbly. The stair is sturdy and functions, though! My co-owner and I may look into a way to stabilize the privacy fencing. We give Tom a solid B+ here for quality, and an A overall. We're grateful for his work and would suggest him for deck and railing work, especially for those who want something individualized/unique.

The project went well. Tom Morris was professional and knowledgeable as was his crew who were friendly and hard working - they even continued to work right through occasional showers. Tearing off a roof is just simply a messy job but the crew did a pretty decent job of picking up the debris and the nails. I guess the most frustrating part of the project was coordinating what needed - and still needs - to be done on the inside of the house relative to refitting the skylights. Exterior Arts doesn't do drywall work or painting so those tasks have to be handled separately through different contractors. Of course, it would be most convenient for the customer to be able to just work with one contractor. Aside from that, working with EA was a good experience and I've already contracted with Tom for another project, to replace some windows. And, assuming all goes well with this next job, I have some other windows that I might replace and will probably consider EA as my go-to contractor for that work.

Very professional people. Tom came out personally to talk to us about the project and came out the day of installation. We had prepared our kitchen by hanging plastic sheeting everywhere and laying tarps. To our surprise and delight, not only is the skylight itself awesome, but the entire kitchen was cleaned up when we got home from work, including removal of all the sheeting.
