I think I was overcharged he did not bring the size of water heated I requested. I hire someone because the water heater did not work!

Steven did good work, in a timely manner. And even though the job was harder than expected with galvanized pipes that sprung a leak, the price remained the same and he promptly fixed the new problem without complaint or adding to the bill.

Steve is terrific. He came immediately and timely. He fixed a clogged drain and came back 2 days later with all of the equipment to replace shower handles. All in 2.5 hours both times. I received a call within a minute or two after submitting my information and the problem I beefed fixed. Steven came out to assess the problem and found it wasn't what we originally thought.
