McGee’s was great got me scheduled fast. The tech (Bryan) was awesome he explained everything he did. He also kept in touch on his was to the house. The lady that answered the phone when I made the appointment was also very nice and helpful.

I am very grateful to McGhee's team and I am impressed with their professionalism. The scheduling team was great and very patient with me as I called back 3 times to set a date for the annual inspection During the inspection a couple of problems were found and I spoke to Lance about the reasons why the repairs needed to be made. Amazingly, it was repaired the day after the inspection. Two days after repair there was an issue and they had to return and work on it for a couple more hours. The whole time Lance and team kept me updated and informed. I a very pleased.

Everyone from McGhee’s that we interacted with did a fantastic job. Chase, Brett, Walker, Joe, and Alison. All great people who are excellent at their jobs and show that they really care about their work and their customers. I had an A/C and furnace that were over 30 years old, and they helped to replace them at a competitive price. Not the cheapest, but good quality at a reasonable price. Good company and family.

And the secondary coil on the furnace and the air conditioner coil are plugged full of dirt and debris. We did not quote to perform a repair for you because we could not guarantee our work since we did not perform the install originally. Our $200 charge was to come out and diagnose a problem, which we did. We recommended to call back the original installer to fix the problem and you could not get them to come back. I told him that was absurd and that if they were not willing to quote a repair then they need to refund the $200 repair fee I paid. They did not and now I will have to dispute the charges through other channels. I will also be filing claims with the BBB and any other agencies I can find. Do yourself a favor, find a reputable service for your HVAC repairs and stay as far away from these bait-and-switch scam artists as you can!

McGhees has installed my hearing./cooling systems and been doing all scheduled maintenance for years to my satisfaction. This week, however,, a gas lead was detected by a pool heater. Semco gas company was called. smelled gas and had to shut down the gas to the entire house. I called McGhees and a within an hour an experienced tech arrived, found a way to cap off an underground leak and cap off the pool heater so the gas could be turned back on to the rest of the house. The next day he was back to run a new and much improved line to the heater. And when I got the invoice for what was an emergency call it was more than fair. .

It went pretty well, with only 1 exception. He was going to take a question back to his boss (with a photo), to see if the install of the furnace new (4 years ago) was the best way to be installed for optimum use, and we’ve never heard back. The Tech also missed the fact that our exhaust pipe was loose on the exterior of the house.

Could not be happier. Technician checked everything and could not find anything wrong. He later called while on the ride home with a suggestion that the noise might be coming from the humidifier - I checked and he was right. Great service and excellent price.
