"Great customer service! Got a quote the same day the appointment was. The ac had gone out and they were there with some window airs the next day. In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. "This is hard to believe but the HVAC guy that installed the GeoThermal refused to repair it because it was 4 years old. I found Geothermal Specialist through HomeAdvisor, these people got on the repair in less than 24 hours after my call, but also showed me that the Modine Geothermal has a 10 year parts and labor warranty."
