"I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with us. I wish you or your wife would have informed me of this last time we spoke. I did check with the installers. They told me that they informed you that all the parts did not come with the furnace and that we would return as soon as we received them from our supplier; which we did. They also said that at that time you requested they make the furnace functional so you would have heat. They did not have an explanation for the tear in the floor as they put floor protection down. After the furnace and the missing parts were installed we received one email from your wife, three weeks after the installation that the condensate line failed. I called her immediately after I saw the email, which was the following morning after she sent it. We were at your home the following business day and repaired the line. We did not receive any other emails from her or you after the furnace was installed. We do not have any record of you calling. We do show that your wife called frequently to check the status of the missing parts and when the would be installed. We told her the parts weren't in yet and as soon as they came in we would install them; which we did. Again I apologize that you had a bad experience with us."
