"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed] and Ms. Tyneal, We are so very sorry that you were so very unsatisfied with the work performed. We see that you added pictures to your review and we are very displeased that you would add pictures that were from the middle of the unfinished job. That's very disrespectful not only to us as individuals but also to our company. You also wanted to mention payment, now, who would pay someone if the work was finished like that, come on now. When the job was actually completed and with both of you confirming to your satisfactory to it, you guys couldn't pay as your insurance check had already been cashed and spent. Also, when you were given the estimate that is exactly what it was, the estimate for that specific job. You had our company do extra work that was not part of the agreed proposal, so, yes, an added fee for the extra work was charged. Also, we would like to note that you asked us to do all the work to your home that was needed for the insurance job until we asked for payment from the original confirmed satisfied job. Then, it was we no longer need your services. So, with all that being said, again, we apologize that you were dissatisfied with the work after you both confirming that you were satisfied originally and was upset that we wanted payment after the work was completed and waited over a week to get partial payment and then the final payment. We hope the very best for you guys in all your home repair endeavors."
