"Eric & Riley were our service guys, and they did everything right!… These guys laid down tarps on the flooring throughout the house in order to get to the fireplace. They installed a BEAUTIFUL gas log fireplace for us. Looks very real and we are so very happy with it. "Called me to say they are on there way. Cleaned and inspected chimney with no additional surprise add on's. Surprise about this as the fireplace has not been used in over 10 years, sadly. (Senior Parents not able to manage or be safe with it). Dr. Sweep recommended a few things and suggested some ideas. Sent me information to my email and didn't feel pressured. "Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't."
