"Tri-County initially came out after I had 2 estimates to repair the chimney on the house and not only gave me a good price, with no sales pitch, but they had the parts on hand to complete my job. I left to run errands, came back home to a completed job with a new chimney top and cage to keep birds and debris out. Unbelievable!! They cleaned up and left. Little did I know my neighbor hired them. I caught Jordon, the owner of Tri-County on my nieghbors roof the next morning and paid him. Yea, I had to catch him to pay him, lol. "They did an excellent job! They (Shadrick & Sam) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! Cleaning fireplaces is very messy work, but they protected our new carpet nicely with drop cloths. And they did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. We will need some repairs as a result of the inspection, but Shadrick was very informative and explained why the repairs needed to be made and how the repairs would be made when we schedule the work."
