"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't."

And they did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. We will need some repairs as a result of the inspection, but Shadrick was very informative and explained why the repairs needed to be made and how the repairs would be made when we schedule the work."

"Tri-County initially came out after I had 2 estimates to repair the chimney on the house and not only gave me a good price, with no sales pitch, but they had the parts on hand to complete my job. Little did I know my neighbor hired them. I caught Jordon, the owner of Tri-County on my nieghbors roof the next morning and paid him. Yea, I had to catch him to pay him, lol.
