Also, they gave me a 5% discount due to the miscommunication of expectations. They also returned and fixed a shingle that was accidental pulled up from the shoveling. Overall, good experience. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I'm so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me that's outstanding customer service!"
