They had to figure out the logistics to manipulate a large wardrobe upstairs, around the hallway and into the room where I wanted it moved. They did this very intelligently with no damages to the walls or wardrobe. Very courteous and caring, and were willing to work with me on the best way to complete the job. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

We are a family-owned and operated interstate moving company equipped to relocate your home both across the state and across the country, ensuring prompt delivery. Our team of skilled professionals is committed to providing high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.

"There was a bait and switch. Provided project details with very specific information. David quoted me total move for the day as $1500 to include the packing on the home. Movers arrived at 7:30 am (no call day prior to discuss). The actual movers didn’t know details and were nice guys but stated that the local move (no furniture) of 6 miles would cost $4600 instead of the $1500 quoted (3x the price). They just moved a total of 300 cubic feet (I have no idea what 300 cubic feet is with regards to moving) and said they couldn’t move anything more. So I paid $1500 to move about 25 boxes and 2.5 hours of work for 3 people. I’m going to be notifying the business regulator for their state as well as the BBB. I’m appalled that I now have to rent a truck and hire additional movers to finish the work. There goes my day off with the family. I don’t trust using Angi’s list after this experience."

It’s not possible for a single person to move a hot tub. However, it’s possible for a small team of people to move a hot tub with the right skills and equipment. When hiring a moving team for this job, be sure to specify the size and weight of the item to ensure that they send several professionals to take care of the task.

It’s best to schedule a moving pod two months before your moving date. This should give you enough time to secure the correct size and number of moving pods you need. It’s often possible to book moving pods on shorter notice, even within one week, but there’s a higher risk of local pods already being taken, especially if you’re moving during the summer or on a holiday or weekend.

If the dishwasher is in working condition, start and run a complete cycle with nothing inside. Let it drain and sit overnight before removing the hoses. In theory, it should effectively drain. You may find residual water in the hoses, but you can plug them. If the dishwasher breaks down midcycle it can sometimes be full of water. You’ll need to manually remove the water with a plastic cup before removing the dishwasher.

Cross-country moves are tricky and risky for your fish, so it’s often best to move the fish separately or rehome them. If you’re attached to your animals and determined to bring them, find a friend to house them and ship them to you once the new tank is ready. You can also contact your local fish store and ask if they offer temporary housing and shipping services until you get settled. If you’re moving to another country, it’s often best to sell the tank and fish, or find a good home locally.
