Costas was amazing. Very transparent and his workmanship is top notch. Throughout the project he kept us on the loop and walked us through step by step what his plan was.

Nice family business. Had some trouble with some employees getting started but Costas and his dad always took over and made sure everything was great. They did most of the work themselves which was important to me that someone was always on site. My schedule is crazy. Iâ m often not home and I trusted them to be here and get the job done without my oversight. We ran into some challenges, even added a few more jobs to the project. He took in stride, eager for the work and honest and upfront about what he could do what needed to be done? I enjoyed working with him, so Iâ m giving him another project

Costas and his team did a wonderful job on my Aunt's home. What started off as a deck repair, turned into so much more (siding, windows, new 1/2 bath). The house had been in a bit of disrepair and he was very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to bringing it back to life. My family and I will enjoy it for many years to come, and I truly appreciate some of the little things he did along the way to ensure everything was done right. He took the initiative to select things when I was not able to be there. It felt very much like he was treating as if it were his own home. His attention to detail was terrific, and he was super responsive. THANK YOU again!

Professional, courteous, and very responsive to questions by email and phone/text. They redid our tub area with new fixtures and new tile and made it meet up with the existing tile in the rest of our bathroom. Highly recommended.

True north has done many projects for us and recently did our back deck which ended up changing into a screened in porch. True North did a great job by working on time and at a reasonable price. They also had to deal with our unexpected flooring change from manufactured engineered wood to vinyl water proof flooring. On top of this, they worked well with us when we added another room to be done.

Costas, the owner of True North Contracting, put his best flooring craftsman on the job, Tom, nicknamed 'Rabbit.' He was also very conscientious about saw dust containment and clean up. Additionally, even though the job has been paid for in full, Rabbit returned after the weekend to tape & stain the thresholds. That was something I was willing to take care of but Costas & Rabbit insisted that the job was not complete to their satisfaction until this detail was addressed. Impressed. Signed, Michael D.

Never again. Repeated return visits to finish the job properly and I still had to make some repairs myself after giving up on them.
