I don't have enough good things to say about Mark and his crew. He was incredibly easy to deal with throughout the purchase process and accompanied us during the inspection answering all questions posed by my inspector. He immediately addressed the few minor issues that surfaced. The quality of his interior appointments are top notch. He installed beautiful granite in the kitchen along with absolute top-of-the-line Frigidaire appliances. The floors throughout are this gorgeous solid hickory. Mark has stated numerous times from Day-1 that if I find anything, *anything* amiss or not to my liking, he will address it... at no cost. And he has made good on several occasions. The biggest issue that I and the owners of the lower unit have experienced is a pesky leak that manifested itself on their ceiling during heavy storms. Mark immediately addressed this by taking up my deck (over their leak spot), reinforcing the flashing, and adding screening to eliminate debris buildup. When it happened again, we noticed a tiny bit of water coming in my skylight (again, over the lower unit's leak site). Mark sent over his roofer and he determined the window seals had failed and that the unit installed years earlier (not be Mark) had not been flashed properly. Mark had his roofer install a brand new, top of the line Velux skylight and the problem in both units was solved. This in the space of two days. Remarkable!
Mark offered to help me re-work the deadbolts in both exterior doors that were slightly misaligned and he lent me the tools to do it. He and his guys even helped me hang my very heavy 60" plasma TV in the living room... no charge.
I've had quite a few bad contractor experiences over the years, but Mark has completely restored my faith. He is contientious, prompt, friendly, fair and most importantly, does *great* work of which he is rightfully very proud. Wish I had the capital to buy another of his units.

went well enough. took a bit long for part to come in, but came by right away to install the new touchpad

He does a great job. He is very reasonably priced. He is really reliable. If I need a rushed job once a tenant moves out, he will come right out.
