They gave me an estimate but they gave me three different options, depending on the quality of the shingle that I chose. I wanted some other stuff, including adding venting to the soffits. "Mr Eaton called today and stated he has tried to reach me several times but the phone was busy. He has already cleared and shoveld my drive way three times. I have not been there yet to inspect but I have no reason to believe otherwise. His son did the necessary shoveling. It is a confined area with the town or neighbor plowing their snow onto my property breaking the the block wall boundries in the process. I appreciate Mr. Eaton's service andf attention to this task."

"Got off to a slow start from the time we got ok'd for the financing, but once I called to ask when they plan on starting the project they couldn't have been more apologetic. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I'm so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me that's outstanding customer service!"
