I had called the day before and they said they may be able to get to me on Saturday and they called me today and said they had a cancellation and could come out today and do the work. The quality of the work was impressive.

"The work took two days and included stripping two layers of asphalt shingles, decking over the existing roof with 1/2 inch CDX, installing a layer of ice and water shield and then installing vintage green three tab shingles as specified.

He had his guys out to our house the next day and somehow, miraculously, they climbed through the huge snow banks to get up on our roof and deice the wall of ice we had up there. "Went very well. Crew was here at 7 in AM and did not leave uintil 6 PM. Took 2 days to do job. Very professional, respected my property. Cleaned up job site completely. Dumpster was picked up next working day, as well as unused materials. Love this roof. What I liked was that payment was not due until job was completed, except for a small deposit to purchase the roofing material."

"Bill was excellent! He always replied to my calls or emails. We set up an appointment and he was there when promised. He, along with another carpenter, Bob, did an outstanding job. They were well organized, showing me what they were doing all along the way, and finished in a timely manner. Bill even charged me less than the original quote (almost half). It is difficult to find contractors that are responsible, honest and that do quality work. I HIGHLY recommend QHI for any services you may need around your home."

"Got off to a slow start from the time we got ok'd for the financing, but once I called to ask when they plan on starting the project they couldn't have been more apologetic. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I'm so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me that's outstanding customer service!"
