Dumpster was picked up next working day, as well as unused materials. Love this roof. What I liked was that payment was not due until job was completed, except for a small deposit to purchase the roofing material."

They were well organized, showing me what they were doing all along the way, and finished in a timely manner. Bill even charged me less than the original quote (almost half). "Got off to a slow start from the time we got ok'd for the financing, but once I called to ask when they plan on starting the project they couldn't have been more apologetic. Within a day or two the project manager came out to assess what was actually needed and the work began a couple days later. I'm so grateful to not have a leaking roof anymore. The customer service and communication with this company is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I did have to call about the debris and some supplies that were left and they sent someone out that same day to clean up. To me that's outstanding customer service!"
