I had called the day before and they said they may be able to get to me on Saturday and they called me today and said they had a cancellation and could come out today and do the work. The quality of the work was impressive.

"I called and left Dan a message, and he promptly returned my call.  Came out within a couple of days and was able to quickly tell me what the problem was. Worker who was sent out to complete the repair was professional and polite, and also pointed out an issue he noticed (with some missing shingles around the chimney) while he was up on the roof.  This was a very small job, and one that I would expect would get passed over repeatedly for bigger jobs, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I would use their services again.  (I have used them before, at a different house, for a new roof, and was pleased with that service as well).

"Bobby was fabulous - I had barely submitted my request via service magic before h e called. He had his guys out to our house the next day and somehow, miraculously, they climbed through the huge snow banks to get up on our roof and deice the wall of ice we had up there. Very friendly, helpful, and reliable. Would call him again in a heart beat."

Gave B rather than A because (1) we never received promised paperwork regarding the guarantee for our shingles, and (2) we ended up finding 100's of nails, etc. on the ground around the house. They appeared to do lots of cleaning up, but apparently were not as thorough as we'd assumed. Not a big deal though."
