"We had an excellent experience working with Joe Lane last spring, when we hired him and his team to make some repairs to our small cabin on the ledge of a steep mountain. Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. He also worked with us to find the best time of year to get his truck and materials up the steep slope, and was great about staying in communication with us throughout the process. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window. "Capital Construction arrived right after Christmas 2020. It was very cold when they started the job but the workers where very business oriented. "They started as soon as it was light enough to work. A crew of around 8 that never slowed down. The roof was totally stripped in a couple of hours. They worked both sides of the roof at the same time. They seem to instinctively know how to keep the applicators supplied with roofing panels. Whenever things were caught up, there was no idle time. Cleaning up all the roof stripping and sweeping the area with a magnetic roller whenever there was any down time. Everyone seemed to work constantly, and the progress was amazing.
