Ramirez was quick to check out my job which was great, but upon giving me a quote, the quote was very sparse so I asked for more detail like were materials included and if he had insurance. Ramirez snapped at me saying how dare I ask him if he insurance. He also refused to provided further clarification of the job but wanted by 3k deposit ASAP."
