"We had an excellent experience working with Joe Lane last spring, when we hired him and his team to make some repairs to our small cabin on the ledge of a steep mountain. Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. "While we hired AllAmerican construction to deal with a gutter issue, which they accomplished by adding a downspout and sealing an end cap, the reason we are giving them 5 stars is that they did a free inspection of of the roof and all things protruding from it. They took pictures of problems they found including openings around 2 standpipes and flashing problems around the chimney. Two days after that first meeting they returned with all the parts and equipment necessary to do the gutter work, replace the standpipes where they exit the roof, and do the flashing replacement/repairs. They also took further pictures of the chimney showing us areas where water has gotten into the chimney structure. We are currently in talks with them about taking the chimney down to the roof line and rebuilding it to fix these problems. We have been very pleased with all three people we’ve been working with-Erica, Jonnathan, and Edison."
