We needed a stairwell and hallway painted and Cal was able to start the next day. He spent time to totally prep the walls and caulk around the many doors, so that the finished job looked very professional. I'm never going to attempt home painting again when I know I can trust Cal to do a great job in a timely manner and for a reasonable charge. Thank you Redo Properties!

We are thrilled with Redo Properties. We had to upgrade most of the interior of our house. Floors, windows and of course paint. We are so glad that we hired Redo Properties and Tux recommended that we include the ceilings. We did not originally think they needed to be done. The brightness the freshly painted ceilings brought to our entire interior was transformative. It made the ceilings feel much taller without the yellow halos that were showing before. He also was meticulous with the trim work and while the floors are great the new paint is what makes the renovations really stand out.

Tux was a blessing. Even though getting the color correct was a bit of a journey, he and his helpmates were a joy to have on my property. His work ethic was above and beyond what else is out there and I have already sung his praises to my friends. Hire him and you'll have a similar experience.

Tux previously painted the exterior of another property we own. We had bought the new property and it was in need of a major paint job - basically the entire interior. The current paint colors were all very dark and there was significant detail work to be done with things like board and batten, built ins and, pine beams and v-groove. This was a home my wife and I decided we were going to get exactly right. As before, Tux did a detailed walkthrough, provided a thorough estimate and followed through with the exceptional work we've come to expect from him. High quality paint, craftmanship and a do it until it's right attitude produces a great product.

Process was initiated with an on site walk thru of the work to be completed and that was quickly followed up with a quote. The quote included a very detailed explanation of how Tux would approach and complete the exterior painting. Most amazing paint job ever. Tux is amazing and thorough, we were unsure of the color picked, he helped us get it darkened, no extra cost. Fixed siding that needed to be fixed. I will only have Redo/Tux paint our house again.

Extremely well. Tux came well prepared to paint our vaulted living room ceiling. He was on time, very personable and did a SUPER job. We would highly recommend him and are passing his credentials on to our condo community here in Windham.

The before and after on the house was amazing. The prep work (replacing worn boards, caulking, etc.) was excellent, and then the double coat of paint (professionally applied) was the icing on the cake. Really good work. The scheduling was easy, and Tux arrived and completed the work on the dates promised.
