Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window. "Capital Construction arrived right after Christmas 2020. It was very cold when they started the job but the workers where very business oriented. "They started as soon as it was light enough to work. A crew of around 8 that never slowed down. The roof was totally stripped in a couple of hours. They worked both sides of the roof at the same time. They seem to instinctively know how to keep the applicators supplied with roofing panels. Whenever things were caught up, there was no idle time. Cleaning up all the roof stripping and sweeping the area with a magnetic roller whenever there was any down time. Everyone seemed to work constantly, and the progress was amazing.
