For more than 30 years, we have provided long-lasting and cost-effective foundation repair, wet basement repair, foundation concrete crack repair and basement waterproofing services in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. If you are a homeowner, property manager, structural engineer, home inspector, or builder, you have probably experienced the problems caused by leaky basement and foundation walls. Leaking walls in your home or business, if left untreated, can lead to more serious and costly damage down the road. Water in the home can lead to mold, mildew, poor air quality, and further health issues. Structural damage may occur.And,even if water is not an issue, cracks can invite insects in to a home.

"Went well up front. Careful of there ten year guarantee. Had them come so we could finish our bathroom in our basement. We Finished our basement after they finished their work. Five years later the leak reappeared in the exact spot it was when we first contacted them. When we called to tell them about the leak, they told us we have to rip apart our 8K bathroom to prove them it was their work. The leak was in the same spot when they originally came out. Because of this I would not recommend them. The rip out and the replacement is on our dime. I think the guarantee is very Limited."
