We got multiple bids for our project. Kerry, the owner spent a lot of time at the project before we even gave him the job. He clearly had decades of knowledge working in a variety of soil types and was able to save us thousands of dollars by recommending we put our leach field in another location. The consultant we hired placed the site for the leach field in an area Kerry felt wouldn't drain well. We decided to follow his advice and pay an additional $400 for another site analysis. Good thing we did...the original spot turned into a small pond after the first hard rain. Had we put the leach field in the original spot we'd have lost thousands. Kerry also personally applied the waterproofing on the foundation to ensure it was done correctly. Kerry did a fantastic job. After 18 months, our basement is bone dry and looks great. The gravel driveway has no ruts and is like driving on steel. The material he choose has held up much better than the gravel road we live on. We highly recommend KM Tottle and we'll be using him again when it comes time to build our garage.

We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor.They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute.

The gave us an estimate and the final price was the same.   They started when they were supposed to and the job was completed on time.  During the work the cottage and surounding grounds were always neat and clean.

The folks that put my shed up did a horrible job and I needed KM Tottle to fix it so that my shed was level and wouldn't wear down over time because of the shoddy work done when putting it together. I found him on Angie's list and he gave me a fair price to fix the problem. He came out on the day agreed and did a very thorough job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend KM Tottle. His communication was excellent, workmanship and professionalism, A+.

The job went very well. They were the neatest contractors I have ever seen. They vacuumed upstairs where they repaired the chimney. They washed the porch three times. All in all it was a good experience. The roofing went well. The clean up was phenomenal. They also did some painting for me in the places that I couldn't reach. They had to replace some trim boards. They did a great job! I would highly recommend him. A year ago they leveled our cottage with 15 cement pods and replaced some rotting 2x6's. While they were here I had them put in a new picture window in our living room. The trim work that they did on the inside matched the rest of the house. Everything about it was good. He was on time and returned my calls. He was right on with the estimate; maybe $50.00 extra because of the paint for the building. They are prompt. The price was fair. They were efficient, and exceptionally clean. Before they would leave each work day they would pick up and check the perimeter for nails. I can't say one negative thing about them. I am already making plans to use them in the future.

They did a great job from start to finish. Price was the same as the estimate. Very neat and clean. They really knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to use this Romany again.
