Went well up front. Careful of there ten year guarantee. Had them come so we could finish our bathroom in our basement. We Finished our basement after they finished their work. Five years later the leak reappeared in the exact spot it was when we first contacted them. When we called to tell them about the leak, they told us we have to rip apart our 8K bathroom to prove them it was their work. The leak was in the same spot when they originally came out. Because of this I would not recommend them. The rip out and the replacement is on our dime. I think the guarantee is very Limited.

Very prompt, very professional, and shared a lot of information which I greatly appreciated. This is how it should be done, educate the homeowner and advise of what to know, what to learn and how to do work or why one would hire a professional to do the job. The inspector was going to follow up with some materials and contact information which I never received so that was a bit frustrating.

Crack-X sent Tom to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work Tom did on my basement crack on July 19. He was very professional. He would inform me his lateness due to the traffic. When he’s here, he would tell me what he would do and how long it would take for each step. He finished the work just as he said. I am so glad that all is moving so smoothly. The fix has stood the tests of the last a few rains and no any sign of leaking again.

Doug was very responsive when I first called for an estimate. Scheduling was easy. The jobs I needed done took three days, and Doug's team (Francisco and Tom) showed up bright and early every day. Francisco took plenty of time explaining the work he was going to get done each day and stayed on schedule. The cracks in the basement were all repaired, and I haven't had any water infiltration problems in any of them since. The garage floor looks perfect. I think Francisco took a lot of pride in doing his work well, and it shows.

My overall experience with them went very well.  They were fast and kept it clean.  There was a lot of dust and mess.  They cleaned up the mess afterwards and they did it all in a day.  I thought they were friendly and courteous.  They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.  I thought their price was reasonable.

Great, they filled and sealed several vertical foundation wall cracks and I have not had any problems since then. We have had 2 pretty big rain storms and had the work not been done, I wold have had leaks. I am very satisfied with the results and their work.
