K&C cut the power cord to our pool pump while performing grinding service. I offered for him to fix the issue; I understand mistakes happen. I was told that K&C is not responsible for the repair as it is underground. They are not insured. Also that â Angieâ s list is not that good.â We have now paid more in repairs than for the service we hired. The owner does not feel it is his problem.

"We do have ins . Like I told you before it is not are fault that the wires were under the stump also those was were install out of code and not in conduit pipe. And for you to give us a 0.5 really I was the lowest bid and anyone else that would have done the job would have told you the same we are not responsible for stuff we cannot see under the ground."
