"Rob is a professional -- personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and perhaps best of all, smart and innovative and able to create good solutions for difficult challenges, for both indoor and outside plumbing. As an example, we had a very complex main sewer leak in an old house with many drains feeding in, and Rob developed the most efficient solution that was superior to the existing main set-up, and it will last for decades. He also thought creatively in putting in an instant-on water heater where there was limited space in the house and created an excellent system there as well. He's also thought of commonsense ways for us to better winterize our plumbing, and more. Simply said, although I don't want to share Rob ..., for the greater good, I have to. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
