Buyer beware! We have had a horrible experience with Richie and his contractor, John. They will talk it up like everything will be repaired so it is liveable, but that is not true. To start, many of the window panels were missing or not closing. The subflooring in every room was rotting, which was supposed to be fixed before we bought it. They said they did the floor, and my fiancé walked in, and his foot went through the floor. They came in and put extremely thin plywood over the rotting subfloor instead of properly removing the rot and replacing it. Also, when moving the building to the lot, it was damaged, so they came in and supposedly fixed the tub and bathroom. However, whoever did it did not know what they were doing, and there was water leaking everywhere under the trailer. We had to call a plumber to fix the mistakes they made. There were large amounts of insulation missing from under the trailer. They continuously lied about the work they had done through the entire process and were not responsive to emails or calls. In addition, we have waited over 6 months for a window his contractor/worker broke. It still has not been replaced. I would take my review and other bad reviews seriously, whether he tries to defend them or not. He is not telling the truth. We have emails and videos of when they were supposedly repairing things. We would never buy another home from him.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with any company they lied to me they cheated me and they did not do a proper job they have very inexperienced people working for them that do not do the job properly they do it get a hold of you correctly they put you on hold they delayed the times then they do not even do it correctly then they expect you to pay a lot of money for the moving of a trailer and then do not move it correctly and then expect you to pay $5,000 for the work and do not want to give you any money back when they do not deliver it properly

A 4-5 day project took 3-4 months, overall quality of completed job was less then expected. Finished quality is below expected. I have a defective toilet from manufacturer (ceramic defect), as per Kohler warranty, contact installer to initiate warranty replacement, installer never returned call/ voicemail. Though my remodel is functional, acceptable, not satisfied with quality, customer service, and follow through.

"I apologize that to this client for being disappointed. The material took a couple of months to get in stock according what the client wanted. We were there every time we said we would. During and after the job was completed, the client said he was very happy and satisfied. As for the value of the project, I submitted a price to the VA for said client and he was approved for a lower amount than what I quoted, so I lowered my pricing to fit my clients needs. I do not recall a call or voicemail from this client. If I missed it, it was not on purpose. Remember all, there is always two sides to every story, in this case, review. I will be contacting this client to try and rectify the toilet situation. But again, I reiterate, the client claimed over and over they were happy. I would rather a client tell me up front the truth, instead of voicing it out months later when they think they were abandoned. (which is not the case). Thank you, Patriot Homes"
