40 years experience in building, repairing, remodeling, inspecting, deck, porches, gazebos, walkways, roofs. New, existing, needing repairs, I solve issues and make things right. Not production. Each job is custom handled. Inspections are $100-250 with a full document and photo report and solution to the issue. Have me fix the issue and the inspection is free. I have seen everything, good and bad and have taken care of thousands problem deck and porches. I see what most don't even think about. Sounds like a sales pitch? It is, lol. I am 60 yo and still love getting dirty and just well, know my stuff. Lot's of referrals if needed. Best to Please Text Me First and tell me your name! Too many solicitor calls and I rarely answer if I don't know the number, which happens every day, all day. I will promptly text you back and ask You, what a good time to call back might be. Located In Mt Airy, Frederick County, but will travel to Howard, Carroll and MoCo, no prob. I am the person who gets calls after someone else has made things worse, so call before that happens please. Most contractors in the area know me and will also recommend me as they don't have the time for small jobs that require Patience. That's it! We had another contractor set up to do our patio roof but because he dragged his feet for months, we decided to look elsewhere and found Jack from JL Inspections. I have to say, thank goodness for Jack! He was on top of it all. He was able to get the all the permits required to start the project very quickly and next thing you know, the project begin. What I liked about Jack was his meticulousness and attention to detail and the effort he made to keep the project moving forward. He was ALWAYS involved with the project, overseeing the work to make sure it was done right and he treated the project as if it was his own home. It has been a couple years now and we absolutely love our back patio and it looks great! Our next project that we have in mind will most definitely have Jack from SL Inspections as the contractor.
