The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. "Diaz and his crew recently completed a job for our home. It started off with a basement renovation. They installed several sections of missing drywall and reinstalled a set of windows (that were installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). Then they painted our basement, installed new recessed ceiling lighting, placed new moldings and installed flooring with vinyl plank After the basement was completed they completely redid our kitchen and main living area They installed new cabinets and countertops. They redid all of our upstairs lighting. They removed old nonfunctional heaters and redid the floor moldings. They installed a new tile backsplash for our kitchen. Finally they painted and installed new flooring. I can’t say enough great things about this contractor. I found that he and his work crew are extremely proficient and did excellent work. They had incredible attention to detail. The painting, flooring, lighting, and every single thing was absolutely completed to perfection. The team cleaned up thoroughly every single day, and took great pains to minimize the impact of their work on the rest of the house (by placing tarps, drapes, and plastic doorway partitions). I was very happy that a single contractor was able to do all these various different things and still do them so well. Diaz did have specific companies that he worked with to make the cabinets and countertop but we were very happy with the options that he provided. He even helped us set up a visit in person to look at countertops before we made a final decision. Diaz was honest and upfront, and was extremely reliable. He made multiple suggestions throughout the process to improve the renovation and the function of our home, and I really trusted his input. Diaz is highly skilled as a designer as well as a contractor. Diaz stuck to his estimate. As expected with a project like this, extra things did come up along the way that lead to additional cost. But Diaz was upfront with those additional costs, and they all seemed extremely reasonable. If there was any negative it was that Diaz and his crew were always extremely busy. As a result, communication sometimes took a while, and the renovations took a little time (since they were clearly juggling multiple projects at once). However, I do feel that overall Diaz his crew did the job in a timely manner Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the end result. We feel like we’re living in a new house and cannot recommend Diaz highly enough. If you’re looking for a crew that has great attention to detail, a high level of versatility across various contract jobs, and that is extremely trustworthy and reliable, then Diaz and your crew is the right choice. We will definitely use them again the next time something needs to be done at our home."

"I had several repairs I needed done and called to see if Omar's would come for an estimate.  The person on the phone was very professional and gave me an appointment based on my limited availability.   Omar himself came out and walked through our house and made notes for the estimate.  A day later I got the estimate via email.  I decided to postpone most of the work for reasons not related to Omar's and asked if Omar's would just do part of the job, namely the garbage disposal install.  I was worried that perhaps the job would be too small, but they said OK.  On the appointed day, the member of Omar's staff arrived at the exact hour.  He was extremely professional and took time to cover the work area in paper to not damage the tile.  He was obviously knowledgeable and worked quickly.  At one point, he found he needed a $3 replacement part and he went to Home Depot and bought it and came back within 20 minutes.  Everything works fine now.  

Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff.  They certainly deserve the A.  I will be using Omar's again."
