Great job on my bathroom remodel!

The quality of the work was outstanding, was completed within the scheduled time, and workers did a great job keeping dust and debris under control. Would hire them again.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by E and L Home Improvement. We were so elated with the newly renovated kitchen! It is absolutely beautiful! The stellar craftsmanship, attention to detail, commitment to meeting the project schedule/timeline was unmatched! Their cleanliness and respect of our home was outstanding during the renovation! The friendliness of the team very much recognized and appreciated!! In particular, Luis and Wilson were very attentive and focused on understanding and meeting our expectations and honestly exceeded those expectations. E and Lâ s commitment to service excellence truly demonstrates they are a world class company. I highly recommend E and L Home Improvement â the best of the bestâ for your next renovation!

Luis and every one of his employees are fantastic. Beautiful work, show up every morning, no delays, daily communication, thorough down to every detail and very fairly priced. They were at our house nearly 6 days a week for 3 months and it was a pleasure having them working in our home. A great group of people. You won't regret hiring them. We've recommended them to five of our neighbors so far, along with our local Benjamin Moore store. You can't get any better than Luis and his entire company, so stop looking for contractors. You've found the best. We plan to have them back for more work.

Kitchen replacement completed on time. Good work ethics and workmanship. They discovered a 20 year old flaw (hood vent line stopped in the wall) and built a proper vent pipe. Having to proof read drawings for the final countertop cutting seems daunting for an average homeowner. Wish that burden were not on us. While happy with the result, we regreted not having an element in the planning phase, which was costly to correct, but it was resolved with some effort. Good contractor for major projects, worth listening to their suggestions in the design phase.

We hired E&L to completely re-do a full bathroom. We had just moved in, and didn't like the existing bathroom - it was full of tile, and very cramped. The end result was wonderful! They completely stripped the bathroom and took all the old stuff out (tile, tub, sink, toilet, etc.). They then replaced everything with great craftsmanship. We are extremely happy with the end result. We were so pleased with their work that we asked them to do several other "small" improvements throughout the house - replacing front and back doors, adding rolling cabinets to the kitchen, adding a tile backsplash to the kitchen, building closet shelves, etc. Not only was their work on point, we felt very comfortable with the work crew that came - they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. We felt safe and trusted them, which isn't always easy. In addition, they also offered great design advice. We knew in very general terms what we were looking for. When they were mid-work, they would stop and ask us if we were sure with the plan - we would then discuss options, and always ended up with their suggestion (i.e. placement of tiles, height for the light fixture, etc), and are extremely happy we did. There is serious dedication and attention to detail. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I do not do reviews but I felt obligated this time. The guy who came in today supposed to give us estimate. He was so arrogant but I thought he was just joking. He was bossy and insulting. I even showed him the drawings of how we want the kitchen to be. Then, he asked me if we already got other proposals and demanded me to print the email proposal from home depot. I politely decline his request and said that we would prefer if he give us his estimate without seeing the competitor?s proposal. He became more arrogant and rude. You will never want to work with that kind of attitude. He treated us poorly and was a very unpleasant experience.

This company was great to work with, and they did an excellent job. They remodeled a half bath into a full. Craftsmanship was great, there was no drama, no delays, they showed up on time each day, and they finished the job on time. I've worked with other companies that I would never hire again, but I will certainly hire E&L Home Improvements for future projects.

I had Luis Lopez and his crew remodel my main, and Master bathrooms. In addition I had them install and paint new drywall on my ceiling and window wall in my master bedroom. I had water damage from water running behind the gutter, and inside the vinyl siding. In the master bathroom I had a walk-in shower installed with a built in bench and low threshold for us to use as we get older. Their salesman Ed Jacobson listened to what we wanted, and helped us to feel confident in their organization. I had 5 contractors come in to give me pricing. Theirs wasn t the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they were in our budget we had going into the project. They were very professional, cleaned up everyday, and I would not only recommend them, I would use them again on future projects. I am very pleased with the work they performed at my home.

I initially contracted with E&L Home Improvements to renovate a bathroom in my home. After experiencing the work of Luis and his highly talented and hard-working craftsmen, and seeing the finished product, I eventually had them do two more bathrooms, re-tile a basement floor, and resolve a particularly difficult problem of corroded copper pipes running from the basement to the second floor of my two story home. All of the above work was completed in less than two months I would not hesitate to use them again and look forward to doing so in the future. William W. Wassmann Derwood MD

Does a great job and very professional.

E&L Improvements, LLC. just finished a total remodel of one of our bathrooms, including demolition, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, painting etc. We are very pleased with their workmanship, expertise, professionalism, attitude, thoroughness, punctuality and all at a reasonable price. They kept the area clean and cleaned after themselves every day. It was a pleasure working with them and we can highly recommend them. We expect that we will use them for future projects.

The owner was very professional and responsive to my requests and communicated well. I was very pleased.

They are complete, they are thorough, they follow up, easy to get a hold of. They know what they are doing and they are honest. They make good recommendations as well.

Luis takes care of his customers. I would hire them again! There was a language barrier we had to work through, and I had definitive ideas on what I'd like the end product to look like, so when I made a punch list Luis completed it, and did a really good job. Ultimately I was really satisfied with the work!

They did a good job! They were very responsible, showed up on time, and their finish jobs are perfect!
