Alves Construction is family owned and operated company. Alves Construction first started as a lawn care company from the trunk of a Toyota Echo with a push mower and leaf blower, doing lawn maitenance around local neighborhoods. Gradually over the years the company moved away from maintenance and started doing masonry work, with masons now working in the company with over 20 years of experience we have qualified professional masons and landscapers to transform your dream yard into a reality. Alves Construction primarily specializes in masonry work (Stone, Brick, Concrete). We promise you first class service, quality, care and attention to all our clients. Communication and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We stand behind all our work and do whatever it takes to keep our clients happy and coming back year after year. Miguel and his team, led by Jose, were fantastic! They installed a beautiful flagstone walkway for us, and not only were the most affordable, but they also did a meticulous job. They assisted with painting as well as rock installation, and they even offered to install gorgeous path lighting too. Can't recommend enough!

After recording competing quotes for our driveway Alves construction was our choice of contractor. Miguel came out and understood what we wanted very quickly. Their communication was prompt and were agile when I had slight changes to scope. They provided quick feedback to any questions. I was impressed with how quickly the work was completed when the teams were here. The only thing that could have been better was I had to stay on top of reaching out to them to find out when the work was going to be done. Other than that I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to others

I got three quotes for installing the patio and driveway, and Miguel was the first to answer my call and was the most competitive. He was extremely flexible in determining the time, and his team did a great job with minimal damage to my garden. The most impressive part was the time needed to complete this work. Hired to completely replace concrete stoop, landings, and steps. Highly recommend Alves Construction. The entire crew was very professional and polite. Very open communication answering all questions before during and after the project. Every safety precaution taken with after maintenance advice provided. Top of the line quality. Additional storm precautions were provided to prevent damage to new work. Very pleased with the results.

Alves is a highly professional company in every respect. They totally renovated an old patio and stone wall and stone walkway plus constructed a new wall. The workmanship is superior, the customer service and communication perfect, the price extremely reasonable. The workers were very courteous and paid special attention to surrounding gardens and lawn to minimize any damage. I cannot say enough positive about this company. We are hiring them also to do landscaping work.
