Small jobs welcome

"My experience with Inspire Decor was excellent. They listened and delivered exactly what was requested with expertise and professionalism. I was highly impressed by the level of communication throughout the process. Equally important was the value for the fees charged. I look forward to working with the team again. I will definitely recommend them."

"He is the fourth designer that I interviewed and was the only one that understood my vision and got me, and that is why I worked with him. He has given me peace of mind with my project, and I'm still working with him and it has been a blessing for me!"

"I can not say enough good things about Cindy and Orchestrated Moves! I was working with a client who was moving out of state to two different locations and dividing her possessions among 6 adult children living all over the country. The coordination and logistics involved were mind-boggling. Cindy managed the process with professionalism and a sense of humor. My client was so pleased with the result. My job as the listing agent was easier since all the items were removed in a timely manner. Cindy also helped me stage bookshelves and other areas in the home. Looking forward to working with them again!"

"TENACITY TENACITY TENACITY! Instead of the often heard real estate mantra: location location location. Cindy Beline listed our property and did everything in her power to help with its sale, even toward the final haul in which she was doing the work and communicating for both us and the buyer's agent. Cindy is down-to-earth, direct and honest. She is also sophisticated and was very quick to understand our needs and what was important to us in the sale of our home. She made excellent recommendations for the staging of our condo as well. I will work with Cindy again without hesitation."

"Greg and his team moved my belongings, first into storage then into my new home. They worked very hard, very efficiently and with no damage to belongings or the home. In the new home, the experience was the same. We were so happy to see that none of our belongings were damaged, broken or even scratched. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg and his team for any move, large or small!"

"I had a very good experience with HaulZing.  I submitted my initial inquiry on a Sunday night.  Early the next day, I was given an estimate and offered several available time slots.
The movers (Everette and Mark) did everything well.  They arrived on time, were very polite, and worked quickly and efficiently.
I've done a few moves of this size before, and have never found another company that would do a small move like this so well for such a low price.  I would definitely use them again.

Home Staging questions, answered by experts

A professional home organizer helps people organize their space so they can live in a neater, more stress-free environment. They help with planning, coaching, and storage solution ideas to get your home in order—and keep it that way long-term.

Yes, staging a home really works and can help your home sell faster, potentially for a higher price than if you did not use a home staging service. According to the National Association of Realtors, 48% of seller’s agents reported home staging decreased a home’s time on the market.

Plus, 20% of buyer’s and seller’s agents claimed home staging increased home sale prices by 1% to 5%. Although decluttering and cleaning help a home sell, staging can take your home’s curb appeal to the next level, helping to expedite the process and increase your profit.

You'll likely need more than great home staging to sell your home. Now is a great time to get to work on the curb appeal of your home . Hire local exterior painters and landscapers to coat the exterior of your home and bring it new life with some sprucing up.

A fireplace can increase a home's value by as much as 12%, with some reports indicating that homes with fireplaces list for around 13% more than the median sale price. Fireplaces are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, adding a charm that many homebuyers find desirable. The actual return on investment depends on the fireplace's size, type, and material.

However, a fireplace can detract from a property's value if it is unusable, not up to code, or in need of immediate repairs. The type of fireplace also matters; custom electric fireplaces and inserts can add value, while freestanding units that can be removed have less impact.

Choosing a high-quality home stager can mean the difference between your home flying off the shelves or sitting on the market for weeks or months, and it all starts with verifying the stager’s experience. You can start by asking how long the professional has been in the business, and you should also ask for references and examples of past work in your particular area. Ask the stager about your options, including virtual staging, furniture rental, and other preparation services.
