We contacted Gary with the homes we wanted to see (rather than homes he thought we wanted to see) and he made appointments for every single property on our list. We spent several Sundays with Gary looking for our new home. Gary was very patient and professional during that time. He also added small touches such as providing us with water bottles on hot days, finding convenient meeting places, and remembering that I needed to eat quite regularly (I was several weeks pregnant at the time). He too was personal, telling us stories of his wife and family. We had fun looking at homes and shared many laughs. At the end of the process, my husband and I felt like we had truly made a friend. However, when we did find our new home and it came time for negotiations, I saw a whole new side of Gary ? he was a true bulldog! He negotiated a great price on our home and all of our closing costs were covered. We were thrilled. He also was able to recommend many expert services such as painters, landscapers and interior decorators that have all helped to make our new home our own!
