They were professional, personable, and careful with our items. The down side was the cost of $579 for 45 minutes of work moving some furniture from our basement to our first floor. The work deserves 5 stars, but the cost is only 3 our 4 stars.

This experience was horrible. In the end, I needed to call the police because the movers got threatening when I wouldn't sign a document that said they had completed the job. They hadn't. They dumped beds in the living room, were slow, careless, and rude (e.g., they dropped the F-bomb at my neighbors who politely asked them to move their truck, which was blocking the garage entrance). They also did a shakedown where they presented a bill that was more than twice the estimate after loading the truck--and told me I wouldn't be getting my things back if I didn't pay it. They also got threatening when I pushed back at the outlandish bill. Stay away from this operation. It's just a polished shakedown racket masquerading as a moving company.

I wanted to reach out to say that your company is a huge scam and ripped us off bigtime. We signed a BOL with you all that was an estimate between $1,100 and $1,300 for a 2 bedroom condo move less than 1000sf and we packed up 90% in boxes and ready to move. There was 1 bed and table that needed to be taken apart. There were 5 guys and it took them 6 hours just to load the truck. When they got to our new place, there were stairs to get to the first floor and a short set to get to the second floor. We mentioned this during our quote process. The guys acted like a bunch of drama queens seeing some stairs, I do question the work ethic of people these days, but besides the point. Next they come back with an upcharge to $3,300 for them to move the stuff out of the truck into our place. We had no choice as you all essentially held us hostage as we had to get the stuff into our place. Also, you charged me $236 before, so all in all the move cost us over $3,500 which is 3 times the estimate.

Mayhand and his team were absolutely flawless. Prompt, punctual, extremely professional, and very friendly. They asked questions, respected each piece of our property, and ensured they took good care with each piece, big or small.

The call center sold me a 3-men crew so that one man would reassemble my furniture while the other 2 unloaded. I described my items, the size of the storage until 10x10 and the fact that I didn?t know how well packed the furniture was because another company had done the move in my absence. I was told that the job would take 2 hours max with 3 men. The crew asked for payment upfront and I was charged $1003. I paid. I was then told that the men would not reassemble the furniture because they were not the ones who moved me into storage to begin with. The operation manager simply told me that ?the call center gave you bad information? and refused to reduce the number of hours or make sure that the furniture was reassembled. Stay away from this company. It costed me way more than the initial move and it fraudulently did not deliver on the services that were promised during the reservation.

Absolutely awful experience. The truck carrying our things was sideswiped, and no one bothered to inform us?we had to call and find out ourselves. We were promised delivery the next day along with a shuttle for leftover items, but the day passed with no updates. After repeated calls, we were finally told?at 5:30 PM?that it would be delayed again. When our items finally arrived on day three, over $3,000 of furniture was damaged or destroyed, and a window in our new home was broken. The movers had no idea about the promised shuttle. Reaching anyone in management has been exhausting, and no one seems capable of following through on anything they promise. Whether this company is dangerously disorganized or running a scam, I can?t say?but it?s the worst moving experience I?ve ever had. Avoid them at all costs.

Duane Mason and his team arrived on time and performed well. There were a few hiccups but we worked through them and items were move to the needed location. An item was broken and hidden by the team but that is being resolved as well.
As for the corporate office....it has been over a month and I have yet to receive my return funds for the round up billing time. Also when I made the initial call several cost details were left out. It was not until time to book the move were all true cost were discovered and by then it was to late to get additional quotes. Honesty goes a long way. When I called for service I was told I could receive same day service and had to pay an amount up front....same day service was not an option according to dispatch. The left hand has no idea what the right hand was doing. I would not utilize this company again.
Now the fight starts for the return of funds.....
