Can’t say enough about how oddly enjoyable they made the process of searching for and closing on a property, especially as first-time buyers. They had all the information you could want and were on top of every detail not matter how big or small. We closed on a property just last week and our only regret is that we won't get to spend more time with Reagan and Tim. They made the process so clear and easy. There was a lot of information and things to do but they flexed their expertise by guided us through each step thoroughly with just the right amount of information. Although we don't expect to need to search for a new house any time soon, it is comforting to know that we will be in great hands when that time does come.

I cannot recommend TJ, Reagan, Michelle and team highly enough. From our first meeting all the way through to closing the sale of our home, they were organized, communicative, and highly knowledgeable. We had just welcomed a newborn when we first connected with them and they made what’s typically a stressful process run very smoothly for us! We had the pleasure of working with the team (primarily Tim and Reagan) on the sale of our current home and the purchase of a major upgrade. Given the market conditions during COVID, our search for a new home took about six months. Tim and Reagan were incredibly patient with us as we saw multiple homes every weekend. We never felt like we were being pushed to make an offer on a home unless we were totally comfortable. In fact, when we were on the fence about a home, they would flag certain risks that we hadn’t even considered (e.g., being close to a school border, repairs that were going to be necessary sooner rather than later, etc.). It was great to feel like we always had someone by our side who wasn’t just in it to get the commission. They were also realistic about what it would take to win a home in this crazy market. On the sale side, the team was able to lock in our dream price without formally listing the property – what more could you ask for?
