Kate is a Certified Interior Designer through the State of Maryland and is also an NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Certified Designer. Kate's 10 years of design experience include both residential and commercial sectors. Her most recent experience designing model homes for builders throughout the country enables Kate to see a home through the buyer's eyes and allows her to focus the design style and aesthetic towards a particular target audience.
