"I was very happy with response from Eddis. He gave me a quote upfront and followed it up with an invoice via email. I paid him half at the beginning and another half when he came back to install the window. He was very professional and respectful of my house. I will definitely use A.R. He did a great job at answering our questions and showing us what our options were without being in-your-face-buy-my-product sales guy.
