"We had them clean the inside/outside/screens and sills, it was night and day how much better we could see afterwards. I didn't realize how dirty all of our windows were. The used just water on the windows too, I was shocked that no streaks were present afterwards. "Excellent work. The person who assisted us was gruff and no-nonsense, but professional. He asked that we send a photo of the window, which we did. He then came out and measured the window. "I cannot say enough good things about FCB. Max bends over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I’ve never had a more responsive and conscientious contractor. We had FCB replace all of our windows in 2022. We were so impressed by the quality work and price that we called them again to replace our storm door, front door, sidelights and shutters. Windows with muntins are slightly more expensive because you’re paying for more material, but the cost shouldn't be that much higher since most muntins are fake on modern windows. You’re looking at a cost between $25 and $100 more per window for muntins, depending on the type. The only exception is if you want custom muntins to match your home style or meet your personal preference. Most manufacturers will charge more for these as they can’t mass-produce them.
