"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."

"I hired Millenium USA Painting to repaint my master bedroom. First let me say that this was no simple paint job. There was paint peeling from the walls, and parts of the walls were pockmarked because of patches literally falling off. I intended to have the room repainted years ago, but the Covid epidemic forced me to put it on hiatus, which of course allowed the problem to get even worse. When I contacted Millenium, Marco got back to me immediately to do an estimate. When I said that I was hoping to get the job done soon, he managed to schedule it within a week. The professionalism of his crew was very impressive: they showed up very early in the morning and worked into the evening on both days, so that they could finish the job by the promised deadline.
