My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. •   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.
