He was able to come out first thing the next morning, even though he was extremely busy due to the wind storm we had experienced. He was able to make all the repairs on the spot, assisted my Mom with items she would need to make an insurance claim and was even so kind as to go explain what happened to her neighbor for her. I can't say enough about the tile work. The young man spent days in our home working on the floor and shower and it came out beautifully. The other crew members produced similar quality work. The only negative is that sometimes the garbage from the job stayed in our driveway a little longer than we would have liked but, it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful bathroom Can't wait to use VKB again for our hall bath which we hope to start in the fall. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it.
