Mike Kelbie was a pleasure to work with. We needed to have our roof evaluated for possible repairs, and after reaching out to several roofers (with largely no responses), we were extremely happy with Mike's responsiveness and professionalism. He was kind enough to walk the entirety of our roof on short-notice and not only identified some key areas of concern, but also took the time to photograph his findings and walk us through what to needed to be fixed and why. His report was thorough and explained in detail all necessary next steps. Overall, we greatly appreciated his help and will be seeking out his services again in the future!

Job was not supervised properly; crew had to be called back to complete guard installation. Company management failed to comply with agreement to provide receipt breaking down itemized cost of tasks, labor and materials for each task.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We had a leak in our roof and somebody was out within an hour to take look. They gave us a full and honest assessment of problem and options and the best way to correct it. We’ve spoken to other roofers in the past whose goal seemed to be to get us to spend the most money. But We were told what was wrong and how to fix it. They also did an amazing job fixing an interior hole in our ceiling that wasn’t even related to roof. And on top of it all the prices were reasonable and workmanship excellent.

When we had the horrible rains storms I developed leaks in the roof over my bedroom. I contacted Mike over the weekend based on reviews and he was here on Monday repairing the leaks even while it continued to rain. Now that the room had dried and the cement has had hardened without further leaks, he torched down new roofing material over the are and siliconed that. His workers are first rate and so is he. I will never use another roofer

They suggested replaced my copper roof - the product they suggested with a 25 year warranty - I agreed. A few days later my usual roofing company came to clean the gutters. Wow!! They found the roof had not been installed correctly. They took photos. I called Kelbie Roofing and related what was said. I was cursed etc, the other company threatened with a law suit. They back and inspected the roof and apologized and repaired and corrected the errors.
